Ministry doesn’t just happen within Church walls.

The Church must develop a bigger imagination for what ministry looks like outside of the traditional American evangelical "staff and volunteers" model. While many may be called to pastoral ministry and serve on staff at a church, we believe that young people can also be called to preach and lead worship even if they never stand on a stage, shepherd even if they aren't hired to do so, and make disciples even if they have no official role or title.

However, there is a lack of resources and guidance available to Christians who feel called to specific ministry work and roles, but also have to hold down a full-time job to support their family and don't feel called to work at a Church. We want to help these Christians develop and foster their calling and understand what it means to live out that calling in ways that may be unexpected. We believe that everyone is called to ministry and want to provide resources and guidance to help Christians, regardless of their vocational path, fulfill their calling and make a meaningful impact in the world.

Aaron has experience on both sides of the aisle, as a paid-staff pastor at a local church, as well as years spent trying to follow the call to serve Christ and lead as a minister not within church walls, but in the wild of the secular world, and is excited to raise up servants in both camps!
